The Oasis Shower Chair has been tested to AS 3973:2024 and is rated for a maximum user weight of 110 kg.

We’re currently preparing a second phase of Australian Standards testing to target a higher certified weight rating. Rather than making claims before they’re verified, we’ll only communicate an updated rating once it has been independently tested and certified.

Yes. The Oasis Chair can be purchased using NDIS funding, depending on how your plan is managed.

NDIS Self-Managed: Simply purchase The Oasis Chair through our website as you would any online purchase. You’ll receive an NDIS-compliant tax invoice that you can submit for reimbursement.

NDIS Plan-Managed: Request an NDIS-compliant invoice through our website, and we’ll prepare it for your plan manager to review and arrange payment.

Coming Soon – NDIA Agency-Managed: We’re currently working towards our NDIS registration to allow the Oasis Chair to be purchased through NDIA Managed Plans. More information will be available shortly after launch.

The Oasis Chair is designed to fit comfortably in most standard residential showers.

Minimum recommended shower recess dimensions:

• 90 × 90 cm for optimal use and ease of movement.
• 75 × 75 cm is the minimum shower size the chair can fit within, although space may be more limited depending on your shower fittings and layout.

Every bathroom is different, so we recommend measuring your shower and comparing it with the chair’s dimensions before purchasing.

The Oasis Chair is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty when purchased directly from Ennova for domestic use in Australia. If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, we’ll assess it and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund your product.
